Cleaning is $200.00 per week - reduced for less than a 1 week stay

Pets

1 pet at a time is welcome by approval only

Please no puppies or dogs less then 2 years old

There is a pet fee of $65.00/night

Monthly Rental

30 Nights $1,050/night

Cleaning is $200.00 per week

Utilities, as incurred for monthly rentals

Refuse $70.00 a week for monthly rentals
